Welcome to the Great Cheeseburger Diet Experiment!Welcome to my not so very Top Secret Project! Perhaps I should have kept this project top secret as long as I could because my girlfriend has been mad at me ever since I started with this project... You see I kind of stumbled into this diet after trying out many different variations and as I sort of created this diet by accident I never bothered to take any photos or track my progress as I lost my original weight. I did drop from over 265 pounds down to 205 pounds and I have plenty of witnesses to prove it but... I wanted to prove that this diet actually works so I needed to repeat it somehow. And to do that I needed to gain weight! So... much to my girlfriends horror, I have been intentionally trying to gain weight since just before this past Halloween. It has been difficult because after losing so much weight it is really against ones nature to intentionally put it back on! With that said, I have gained some back and starting this Monday I will begin to take it back off by following this very diet. I will be tracking everything that I eat and drink right here on this page on a daily basis. I will also try to list any "intentional" exercise that I do each day and then weekly I will post my current weight. I have not weighed myself yet and I will not until I begin however I can tell you that I certainly do not have 60+ pounds to lose this time but hopefully I have gained enough to show that this diet works and to show how to follow it step by step to success!
